Processes
We are your professional partner for high-quality aluminium gravity die casting. In aluminium gravity casting, the molten metal is poured into a permanent metal mould via an overhead sprue, the cavity of which is filled by gravity alone. The free inner contour of the mould corresponds to the outer contour of the workpiece to be produced. Internal workpiece contours are formed by movable steel cores or sand cores. The rapid heat dissipation results in a fine-grained, dense structure with good mechanical properties. We currently produce an average of 1,000 tonnes of finished aluminium gravity die castings per year in 12 melting plants with a crucible capacity of 300 kg – 600 kg.
Products
We manufacture aluminium castings from 5 gr. to 60 kg. in dimensions of 200x160x100 cm. We currently have over 20 casting machines at our disposal. Production ranges from prototype construction to large series production runs. We guarantee the quality of our products by using the latest production and testing technologies. As a full-service provider of foundry products, we develop and manufacture according to individual customer requirements, from consultation to final assembly. Our customers include major OEMs as well as medium-sized and small companies from all branches of industry.
